    I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear
    your mind prior to writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
    I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be
    lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  7. Learn to meditate for a few minutes before trying to write. A tension an release exercise will also help dissipate the
    energy that is built up in your body that keeps you from relaxing to the point where your creative juices flow.
